FSMSL is a socially conscious company and employer paying particular emphasis on the welfare and wellbeing of its employees and responsibilities towards the underprivileged in the society.

FSMSL provides facilities and perks to its employees in compliance with the existing laws of the land pertaining to industrial labour particularly in the case of paying at least the minimum wage and enforcing legally established working hours.

All employees of the company are entitled to free health care benefits for self and each family member ranging from Tk.25000 to Tk.50000 per annum. FSMSL has also signed an agreement with the Bangladesh council for child welfare to assist in their rehabilitation program for physically handicapped underprivileged children. The company donates portion of its earnings every month for this purpose.
